About Us

 I, Kelli Cook, founder and owner of Cotton Rack Farms am so proud of the program that we have built here!  I pour my heart and soul into each and every thing that goes into our breeding program and I sure could not do it all without the love and support and amazing amount of dedication and help that comes from my wonderful husband, my children, my awesome staff and our precious guardian families!

As a very young teen I fell absolutely in love with the Mastiff breed.  After my first mastiff I had a desire for selective bloodlines and an incredible hunger to educate myself as much as possible to improve the breed in structure and health! 

​

By trade, I own and operate Kelli's Kritter Kuts a pet grooming and boarding facility.  Through this I have fallen in love with many of the "fluffier" breeds from tiny to large!  Also, speaking with so many customers and clients, it laid a burden on my heart hearing so many stories of how people chose a pup that never got to grow up or mature as the breeder had promised due to irresponsible breeding practices.

All of our adult dogs here at Cotton Rack are family pets first and foremost.  Most are right here in my home loved on daily by myself and family.  We do have a few very select guardian homes for some adults where they can get more individualized attention and love.  

 

We strive for health first in all of our dogs by doing extensive health and genetic testing.  We then look to conformation and temperament to achieve the best possible matches to produce the absolute best offspring for you to welcome into your family for years to come!

All of our puppies are raised with the Puppy Culture Methods.  We do early stimulation, socialization and also begin potty training as early as 3 weeks of age!  All puppies are seen by a licensed veterinarian multiple times before leaving for their new homes and receive wellness exams, preventative dewormings and receive age appropriate vaccinations.
